Our Acquisition Team purchases single family and multifamily properties, and properties that can be repositioned into multifamily properties. We focus on well-located, value-add opportunities in New Jersey and eastern Pennsylvania. If you have a property you are looking to sell or know of a property that may be available and fits the criteria below, please contact us.
- Single Family: We are looking for single family development sites with a minimum of 10 approved units.
- Multifamily: We are looking for 20 – 200 unit market rate apartment buildings or complexes located throughout NJ and eastern PA in Class A or B neighborhoods.
- Land/Other: We are looking for properties along residential corridors which have approvals or can be repositioned to multifamily or mixed use properties.
